Welcome to Vidyasetu Educations. By accessing our website and using our home tutoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Introduction to Services

Vidyasetu acts as a premium bridge connecting students with verified, qualified home tutors in Prayagraj. We provide tutor recommendations based on the specific academic requirements of the student.

2. The "2-Days Free Demo" Policy

Vidyasetu offers a maximum of 2 days of free demo classes with the assigned tutor.
If the parent/student is satisfied and decides to continue, the demo classes will be considered part of the regular monthly tutoring cycle.
If unsatisfied after the demo, no fees will be charged, and Vidyasetu will happily arrange a replacement tutor at no extra cost.

3. Tutor Replacement Guarantee

Our priority is student success. If at any point during the academic year you feel the need to change the tutor, you can request a replacement. We will assign a new verified tutor without any additional registration charges.

4. Background Verification & Liability

While Vidyasetu strictly verifies the identity (Aadhar) and academic qualifications (Marksheets) of all our registered tutors, we expect parents to provide a safe, respectful environment for the classes. Vidyasetu shall not be held legally liable for any personal disputes arising outside the scope of academic tutoring.

5. Code of Conduct

Professionalism is expected from both parties. Any form of misbehavior or breach of trust by either the tutor or the parent/student will result in immediate termination of services.
